Huaye Photovoltaics undertakes the Bit Intelligent Manufacturing emergency support and power storage project.

Recently, the intelligent manufacturing emergency support and power storage project of Shandong Bit Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., which was constructed by Huaye Solar Energy Co., Ltd., was successfully completed and put into operation. The intelligent manufacturing emergency support and power storage project is an integrated smart energy storage upgrade project specifically designed for modern factories. It builds an energy storage system based on integrated liquid-cooled energy storage integrated equipment, and can achieve peak-valley arbitrage, timed charging and discharging, demand control, and participation in auxiliary services, etc. It is the core supporting project for the digital transformation of energy in manufacturing enterprises.

The energy storage station implemented this time is equipped with 2 SunPower liquid-cooled energy storage cabinets. The energy storage cabinets include energy storage converters, lithium iron phosphate batteries, cooling systems, fire protection systems and power distribution systems, etc. It adopts an ALL IN ONE integrated design, featuring convenient installation and maintenance as well as high system integration level. Through this project, the factory achieves intelligent manufacturing, green energy conservation and emergency support, which can significantly increase the current photovoltaic power consumption proportion of the enterprise.

      The energy storage station can also be designed as a backup emergency power source for the factory. It can quickly switch power supply in the event of a sudden power outage, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the precise intelligent manufacturing lines. It takes into account the triple benefits of production safety guarantee, electricity cost optimization, and green energy utilization, and perfectly meets the diversified energy demands of manufacturing enterprises.

     From the initial on-site survey, scheme design, to on-site construction installation, grid connection test and acceptance, Huaye Solar Energy strictly controlled the construction safety and quality throughout the process, and completed the entire energy storage project delivery with high standards.
