Uniting Hearts and Minds to Embark on a New Journey | Huaye Technology Group 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference Successfully Held

On February 9th, Huaye Technology Group held its 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference. The conference was attended by Yin Qiang, Chairman of the Board; Li Jiang, General Manager of Mainz Sanitary Ware and Huaye Glass; Gu Shixin, General Manager of Huaye Solar Energy and Huaye Construction; Mou Chunxin, General Manager of Huaye Environmental Protection; Zheng Shijun, Marketing Director of Huaye Glass; Ding Mingjuan, Chief Financial Officer; Xu Guodong, Materials Director; Ding Lei, Administrative Director; Xu Yuejian, General Manager of the Infrastructure Department; and managers and supervisors from various departments.

At the beginning of the conference, Administrative Director Ding Lei announced the list of outstanding teams and individuals for 2025. This list of honors embodies the hard work and outstanding contributions of each award recipient. Company leaders then presented awards to the representatives of the winners.

Representatives took turns speaking, reflecting on the highlights and shortcomings of their work in 2025 based on their own positions, and sharing valuable experiences gained in practice. They also outlined their work goals and paths for the new year in line with the group's development strategy, fully demonstrating the dedication, integrity, innovation, and pursuit of excellence of Huaye employees.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Yin Qiang delivered a summary speech, extending sincere greetings and heartfelt thanks to all employees, award recipients, and their families. He comprehensively reviewed the Group's work in 2025, commended outstanding individuals and teams, and clarified the direction for 2026. The Chairman stated that in 2025, facing a complex external environment and fierce industry competition, all Huaye employees united and forged ahead, achieving remarkable results in various fields: the production workshop completed intelligent transformation; several subsidiaries were recognized as high-tech enterprises, among other honors; cross-border e-commerce business achieved a breakthrough from zero to one; new businesses such as photovoltaic storage and environmental protection flourished; digital transformation progressed steadily; and the company effectively fulfilled its corporate social responsibility.

The chairman emphasized that the new year presents both opportunities and challenges. All Huaye employees must strictly implement the group's unified plan, standardize their work behavior with high standards and strict requirements, focus on improving the quality and efficiency of the main business, optimizing production to increase efficiency, strengthening the safety defense line, and promoting integrity and uprightness, so as to jointly promote the high-quality development of the group through hard work and dedication.

With favorable winds, it's the perfect time to set sail and spur our horses onward. In the new year, all Huaye employees will unite as one, hand in hand, with a more vigorous attitude and a more pragmatic style, to jointly write a more brilliant new chapter for Huaye Technology Group!
